TA Ventures careers

TA Ventures has been supporting great companies since 2010. We look for startups with scalable business models built on strong fundamentals (unit economics and defensibility) and proven early revenue traction.

We invest in Seed and Series A startups with a typical ticket ranging between $250k and $1M and capacity for follow-on investments. Normally, we do not lead our rounds and co-invest alongside high-profile VC funds. Due to the fact that part of our team is based in Ukraine, we support our portfolio companies to build cost-effective R&D Centers in Ukraine.

Our portfolio is largely focused on Europe and North America. We also invest in Ukraine, typically taking the lead position and using our network and expertise to help companies successfully expand into the other European or the US markets.
