We are developing a SaaS platform designed for utility engineers, who need access to analytics and demand forecasts for planning and emergency response, without needing to code or develop expensive physics and data-driven simulation models. The product is delivered as a cloud-based web app, or hosted within internal on-site servers for different utilities.

Sync has developed the world's first 'Events Intelligence' (EI) database for discovering causes and cures for electric utility operational challenges. Sync's EI reads and grows by reading technical literature and standards it can find related to power utility problems. It is like how IBM's Watson is scourging through decades of medical research to find treatments for human ailments.

Sync's interface is driven by a unique HCI that enables engineers with no-coding experience to create complex analytical queries and find answers not directly archived anywhere else.

Sync is useful for short-term load forecasting and finding out the impact of inclement weather events in the power grid, i.e., resiliency. Both are very important, billion-dollar problems. Sync makes solving such problems easier - by removing coding barriers for on-field engineers and automating multiple parts of the analytics.
