We are setting up a founding team and looking to hire Co-founder & Chief Marketing Officer .The person would be part of leadership team & would be working with the CEO to drive revenue growth & international expansion of digital fitness products across America, Russia, India & European markets What are we looking at: 1)Entrepreneurial bent of mind and would like to collaborate on a win win basis. We would prefer young & passionate female entrepreneurs. 2) This position is for folks who are not looking to draw high salaries but build & scale up something unique from scratch & focus on making money on the upside potential( value creation) 3) This is NOT a “TYPICAL SALES” role. We are looking to candidates who have flair to disrupt health & fitness ecosystem with our segment first blend of life sciences & digital fitness model 4) Excellent written & verbal communication 5) Hands on knowledge of Spanish or Russian language will be added advantage 6) Have started up in the past or have worked with start up in leadership positions 7) Have a killer instinct to drive business from scratch. 8) Design & implement sales & post sales strategy for both domestic & global markets 9) Play an active role in leading the customer success journey right from customer acquisition to service delivery 10) Focus on constantly enhancing user experience 11) Hands on exposure on digital marketing & sales funnel management 12) Understands fitness & nutrition & have passion to solve lifestyle problem of time pressed folks- This is most important 13) To work with CEO to design & execute Product launch & Go to market strategy for identified markets across US & Europe 14) Drive social media & digital marketing campaigns for identified Markets 15) Content marketing & syndication 16) Customer engagements which will include both social media engagements & assisting in implementing gamification strategy 17) Develop data driven customer insights Whats on offer: -Sweat Equity -Salary
