We are re-branding existing small format retail stores and providing them with benefits of procurement, tech systems, intelligence, marketing and engagement at scale to create a chain of mini supermarkets. Aggregate and upgrade the stores so that they can compete with large retail chains, with a focus on small towns. Some parallels can be drawn to how Oyo and Warung Pintar (Indonesia) have transformed their respective markets.
