Six people in New York. Our founder was the founding design partner who helped build Partiful, Sentropy before Discord bought it, Goldcast before Cvent, and Make before Celonis. She builds here now instead of for other people.

Everything sits on our own internal operating system and the products on top of it. We make reusable systems and tooling so the next build is faster than the last. React, TypeScript, Node, Cloudflare, and a lot of MCP servers.

Build the ship as it sails. Perfection is the mastery of constant iteration and we thrive in organized chaos. Excellence always, because we have a reputation for the best and the best is just the starting point. Playful seriousness, serious playfulness: effervescent in the mornings, hungry in the afternoons, roguish at night. We make identity part of the craft.

The front door is not the ceiling. People come in as a designer, engineer or operator and will grow into a Lead, a Partner, a Founder, or a Venture CEO.

Design and engineering sit in the same room here, because bridging those two is the whole reason Sunspell exists.
