Working from a converted garage...(sound familiar?) where all the best ideas to make a better world are hatched. I want to be the go-to firm for thinking, developing, designing, and building small houses in core neighborhoods by helping single family homeowners become developers and disrupt the for-profit developers who are driving land values sky high with super size houses. Looking for a co-founder(s) to launch this project. I have successfully lobbied city council to put language into the Comp Plan which is just now getting approved, that supports second small houses on single family lots. I have 30 plus years of architecture practice and research with a body of innovative and forward thinking work.
