The chocolate and makers we feature are often award winners, or highly rated, and carefully chosen to bring you the finest craft chocolate from the world’s best chocolate makers. We are committed to showcasing companies who practice ethical and direct trade, and support eco-conservation and sustainable farming practices. We focus on "bean to bar" rather than chocolatiers not commonly found in grocery stores.

We feature a large selection online, and a subscription club. Each month we send 4 bars highlighting different makers, but also different cacao varieties. Flavors in cacao can vary like wine. Discover truly remarkable chocolate!
