Culture and benefits at StrobelTEK

StrobelTEK is a small business, meaning that there is no room to have any negative influence within its culture. Therefore, StrobelTEK tends to hire employees that are ambitious, self-driven and motivated. For a start-up to succeed, it is important to be surrounded by people that also believe in the product and that would do anything possible to make it a reality. Considering our team is not all located in St. John’s, Newfoundland, we have weekly meetings to give each other updates on what has happened since the last time we met. Considering there are many reasons to not be able to attend a meeting, we are quite flexible.
