We think there’s value in getting different groups of people to play together nicely. We think it starts with a basic understanding of the person across from you (What are their goals? What do they value? How do you spell their last name again?!) and it scales up, creating stronger bonds between entire organizations. We're immediately focused on hedge funds and their broker-dealers, where we've built a starting coalition of 25 of the world's top funds (w/ total assets over $200B). But we think the problems we're solving are generalizable and valuable to a much wider audience (e.g. 'What does it take for different groups of people to work-well together?"). Also: We offer good benefits, equity and above-market salaries. We’re well-funded, but not by VCs. No one has to wear a hoodie (or a suit). We work out of a WeWork, but you can work wherever.
