• Serve as the primary cost responsibility owner for assigned control accounts, collaborating with engineering and program leads to ensure alignment across cost, schedule, and technical scope.
• Mentor cost analysts and early‑career CAMs on EVMS principles, forecasting, and financial discipline.

• Partner with Stratolaunch and customer leadership to drive successful program execution
• Apply Systems Engineering principles to control scope, manage risk, and drive quality technical execution

• Serve as the senior cost authority for major program segments, driving strategy, governance, and oversight of cost performance across multiple control accounts.
• Provide executive‑level financial guidance to Program Directors, Chief Engineers, and senior leadership.

• Lead the aeroelastic development of a hypersonic vehicle (analysis, ground test, and flight test)
• Perform aeroelastic analysis and report flutter margins against program requirements

• Work across many teams and subsystems to define interface and integration requirements
• Perform the design and analysis, as necessary, of mechanical and avionics packaging of customer payloads

• Contribute to and work with a diverse team of mechanical, avionics, and manufacturing engineers
• Perform and/or support requirements development or maturation for avionics systems and units

• Contribute to data & telemetry system architecture, testing, & operation for local and extended range missions
• Support flight operations by ensuring data system assets are prepared for flight test

• Support development and maintenance of material specification databases
• Support development of material process specifications

• Partner with Program Director/Manager/Chief Engineer and support functions to achieve successful customer program execution
• Familiarity with a wide breadth of disciplines to include: aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, structures, controls and aero-thermodynamics

• Work closely with Supplier Management team to help drive strategic sourcing needs, decisions, and priorities
• Collaborating with the Program Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Mission Operations teams, to meet program goals

• Support the development, implementation, and subsystem-level testing of the FTS and AFSS
• Collaborate with range safety to review and approve FTS and AFSS documentation

• Work hand-in-hand with the program responsible engineers, Payload Lead, and Talon-A Chief Engineer
• Lead a diverse integrated product team (IPT) of mechanical engineers, structural engineers, structural analysts, dynamics analysts, and manufacturing engineers

• Contribute to program cost forecast and budget management
• Keep the program team current regarding its upcoming activities, deadlines, and milestones

• Lead the mission control room team as a Test Conductor, or similar operational role, during experimental flight test of the Roc carrier aircraft and/or the Talon hypersonic vehicle testbeds.
• Lead the Mission Operations team assigned to a flight or series of flight as the main liaison to program management personnel.
