SaaS Video Analytics that monitors security video of activity at the POS to detect when cashiers give away merchandise without scanning -- called "sweethearting" and more generally "scan-avoidance". Traditionally been the Achilles Heel of retail loss prevention because impossible to data mine to find the lack of a scan - only findable through video. Given that much of retail works on single digit profit margins - and that "inventory shrinkage" (loss due to theft) is about as big - this has a MAJOR impact on retailer's bottom line.
