• Lead Anaplan enhancements and development of new models and solutions in support of strategic priorities

• Play a critical role in ensuring that organizational performance management processes are effectively implemented and aligned with its strategic goals.
• Support and implement effective training programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and performance within warehouse operations.

• Create pre-season plans and manage rolling operating financial forecast (ROF/OTB) for multiple classifications in collaboration with Buying
• Partner closely with your Buying Team to drive the success of the your department/departments by meeting or exceeding plans for sales volume, inventory turnover and gross margin across multiple revenue channels

• Lead a team of 4-5 people owning all aspects of Corporate Finance, including running the processes for budgeting, forecasting and close reviews, as well as partnership around Board reporting and investor relations.
