• Directly support the Business Development function in collaboration with BD/Sales team and senior professionals to ensure consistent engagement with existing clients and identified prospects
• Coordinate creation and updating of marketing materials (investor pitchbooks and proposals, introductory materials, PPMs, DDQs, etc.)

• Assist with end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance and Tax, to gather payroll data and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• Provide timely, professional administrative assistance to employees and executives in order to enhance the team’s productivity.
• Work closely with Accounting team in preparation of Travel & Expense reports.

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the global HR teams via various Central HR tasks, which include, but are not limited to, maintaining the HR inbox, supporting the onboarding team, perform and maintain I-9 verifications, as well as assisting in various SOX controls
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and metrics using our HRIS (UKG) and proprietary in-house tools

• Assist team with oversight of all semi-annual financial reporting and compliance with GAAP, SEC, and international rules (Luxemburg and US). Prepared with use of Workiva (cloud-based software).
• Understand trial balance activities including income, expenses (including management & incentive fees), shareholder redemptions, valuations, currency implications, tax accruals and dividend distributions
