• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels, including research, business development, finance, legal, compliance, portfolio analytics, operations and HR, to draft high-quality, consistent diligence responses, fund materials, and other analyses in response to requests from current and prospective platforms.

• Oversee capital calls, distributions, investment funding and expense-related cash flows for assigned funds; manage the capital activity calendar and review priorities
• Coordinate administrator deliverables, internal review milestones and fund-specific requirements; communicate cash requirements, dependencies and timing risks

• Lead and support ABF co-investment transactions from origination to initial screening through execution, including due diligence, structuring, and closing
• Maintain and improve existing relationships with GPs in the ABF space to increase co-investment flow; build out new GP relationships in the ABF space

• Oversee monthly and quarterly global consolidation processes across corporate entities and consolidated fund structures.
• Maintain accounting conclusions for consolidated entities and funds, including ASC 810 VIE assessments.

• Works closely with assigned business groups and DATS technical teams in defining project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements and related timelines. Business groups range across Finance, FP&A, Accounting & Treasury, Tax, Legal/Compliance, Business Development, Client Onboarding, Reporting and Product Operations teams.

• Work in a team environment with other investment team members to source, screen, and conduct due diligence on selected private equity fund managers, co-investments, and secondaries
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research and financial modeling/analysis on companies and assets across industries and geographies

• Scenario Analysis: Conduct supporting analysis on existing investments, development projects, and potential acquisitions. Develop financial models and valuations for existing investments
• Business Plans and Budgets: Assist in maintaining and controlling business plans, budgets, and capital projects including control of cash flow models. Contribute to the identification of key risks and opportunities for value enhancement
