StemX takes a collaborative approach to recruitment allowing companies to have multiple users on the platform who can share candidates with each other, leaving comments and ratings.

We also pride ourselves on boosting candidate engagement and increasing the talent pool through powerful employer branding. We execute this by encouraging and supporting companies to upload a brand video, logo and custom colour scheme.

Video interviewing is merely the first step for us and our main focus is to disrupt the recruitment industry in its entirety through new products and updates.
