We didn’t start here, though. Steer began as a simple directory (Mechanic Advisor), helping drivers find a trusted mechanic. But we saw a bigger opportunity - not just to help shops get found, but to help them grow. Over time, we built a full-scale CRM and communications platform designed specifically for auto repair shops, giving them the tools to create a better customer experience and keep drivers coming back.
