• Build and coach a high-performing enterprise team: Hire, develop, and lead Enterprise Account Executives through clear expectations, deal coaching, pipeline inspection, direct feedback, and accountability for results. Raise talent density and set the performance standard for enterprise selling at Square.

• Spend ~80% of your week in the field — walking your territory, engaging local businesses, and driving 50–60 targeted business visits each week.
• Run a full-cycle, self-sourced sales motion: generate leads, identify needs, deliver compelling demos, and close deals across Square’s full product suite.

• Drive AI-First Development: Embed AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) into your daily workflow to accelerate delivery velocity.
• Architect Scalable Financial Solutions: Design and maintain robust data models and solution architectures across Oracle FAH, GL, SLA, and BIP to support complex accounting operations and downstream reporting.

• Lead and execute large-scale changes across the codebase, including framework upgrades, language migrations, and dependency updates, with minimal disruption to product teams
• Design and evolve agentic loops: the plan, act, verify, and iterate cycles that let AI agents do real engineering work safely and reliably

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable internal applications, platforms, and backend services.
• Develop features and automated workflows that improve the employee experience across hiring, onboarding, and ongoing access to corporate services.

• Lead and grow an engineering team: Manage, coach, and develop engineers across a range of experience levels; create clarity, accountability, and growth opportunities for the team.
• Shape a greenfield platform: Help define the foundations for a new generation of financial and supply chain systems, including the team’s operating model, technical patterns, delivery practices, and long-term architecture.

• Respond and mitigate emerging threats and attacks at our network edge by leveraging WAF rules, bot vendors, and other CDN-native technologies
• Help build out infrastructure that gives us better inventory of our network edge security posture

• Bring deep card acceptance expertise to the team, reading network specifications, ISO 8583 messages, mandates, and interchange rules, and turning them into sound engineering decisions.
• Own the technical direction of your projects from design through production rollout, and lead the engineers working on them.

• Own the strategy and priorities. Set the direction for Square’s post-checkout customer experience across food ordering and retail. Use customer needs and business goals to decide which problems matter most, where to invest, and what can wait.

• Triage and resolve technical support tickets spanning Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Toolbox, Regu...

• Build products in iOS related to bitcoin, stablecoin and non custodial wallets.
• Work across interfaces in Cash App, Square and Bitkey.

• Command complex, high-impact security incidents from initial assessment through containment, recovery, and closure.
• Investigate threats across endpoint, identity, cloud, SaaS, network, and application systems and drive containment and remediation with system owners, weighing urgency, evidence preservation, and business impact.
