We'll start by relegating commission spreadsheets to the dark ages.

Spreadsheets don't scale. They don't connect to critical systems, track history, or integrate well with machine learning. You can't easily share them in with hundred or thousands of users. The individuals who manage commissions at large companies often don't sleep (literally) in the days leading up to commission payouts.

When we polled 10,000 companies, we found that 90% of users are still managing commissions on spreadsheets. One user described the process as "Victorian-style manual labor minus the smog and adverse working conditions."
