We're a small founding team, and we want to stay small for a long time. Everyone owns a part of the company and is genuinely great at it. Inside your area, you decide. You don't wait for permission or check with me first. We use AI agents for almost everything, from code to outreach to research, so three people can do the work of a much bigger team. If you love finding new ways to automate your own work, you'll fit right in. We keep meetings to a minimum. Most things happen in writing, async, with a quick call when something needs a real conversation. We talk a lot about strategy and where we're going, but nobody sits in status meetings. We're direct with each other. If you think something is wrong, say it and defend it. When we disagree, we sit down and talk it out until it's resolved, instead of pretending the problem isn't there. We care about craft. In the product, the brand, how we show up. Sloppy work bothers us. We're remote, but we start together. The first month or two, the founding team works from the same room so we can iterate and build fast. After that we meet regularly and spend a lot of time at conferences and events, both to speak and to meet people.
