You’ll work on: * AI agent infrastructure and orchestration * APIs and distributed systems * CRM and third-party integrations * Messaging and workflow pipelines * Scheduling and automation systems * Reliability, observability, and performance * Data infrastructure and backend architecture What we value: * Strong product-minded engineering * Ability to move quickly with high ownership * Experience shipping production systems * Scrappy “figure it out” mentality * Comfort operating across the stack when needed * Startup experience or 0→1 environments is a strong plus ### Machine Learning Engineers We’re looking for ML engineers who are excited about building real-world AI systems, not just models in isolation. You’ll work on: * LLM workflows and agent architectures * Prompt engineering and evaluation systems * Memory and reasoning systems * Retrieval and personalization pipelines * AI reliability and hallucination mitigation * Fine-tuning and model optimization * Human-in-the-loop feedback systems * Multi-agent coordination and decision systems What we value: * Strong intuition for building practical AI products * Ability to iterate rapidly and experiment aggressively * Deep curiosity around LLMs and autonomous agents * Strong engineering fundamentals * Experience building and deploying AI systems in production * A bias toward shipping over overengineering
