I've loved my time at Space Runners leading strategy & operations. Our founders and the team we've built are all top notch and executing on an ambitious vision. In particular, our designers are building the most beautiful metaverse platform on the market. On my own experience, I'm happy to say that: 1. I like my colleagues and enjoy working with them 2. I feel like I have the opportunity to grow here and do very high impact work 3. I feel like I have plenty of support from my colleagues in both work and personal life (I have flexibility to set my own hours, which are very manageable, and everyone is cheering me on for my upcoming parental leave) 4.
