• Will lead the LEO Project Technical Team.
• Will ensure that Space Ocean project satellite meets all regulatory Requirements including but not limited to: filing of all required permits, coordination with all government agencies as part of design and build, and coordination with all Space Ocean 3rd party partners and vendors.

• Requirements Derivation &; Management: Translate high-level mission objectives into actionable system/sub-system requirements. Maintain traceability and manage changes across the product lifecycle.

• Payload and Space Vehicle Assembly: Assemble, integrate and test of the payloads, spacecraft bus, and all associated subsystems. Final integration of these items into the completed space vehicle, with all “shake and bake” testing including functional, vibration, acoustic, thermal, thermal vacuum, EMI/EMC and first motion/deployments, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, blueprints and procedures. You will be responsible for one of these key segments of the operation.

• Develop, implement, and maintain Configuration Management (CM) policies, plans, and procedures aligned with industry standards (e.g., EIA-649, MIL-HDBK-61, ISO).
• Lead configuration identification, control, status accounting, and audits across hardware, software, and documentation baselines.

• Reaching out to assigned existing and new customer contacts within the space sector, building strong long-term relationships. This includes remote contact and local in-person interaction at various trade shows and other industry events. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Engineering, Program Management and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.

• Hands-on experience with constellation design tools (STK, GMAT, Orekit, or equivalent)
