• Cable Planning Design Block Interconnect Diagrams (BIDs) and Wiring Interconnect Diagrams (WIDs) using CAD Layout harnesses for RF/communication, power distribution, and other critical paths Evaluate harness components and materials for adherence to relevant standards Design cable routing for space craft

• Develop and optimize embedded software for satellite flight control, data processing, and communication systems.
• Design and implement real-time software solutions, ensuring reliable execution in space environments.

• Lead procurement and supply chain operations across multiple categories, ensuring compliance with organizational, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to drive cost reduction, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.

• Leadership: Guide cross-functional teams (hardware, software, operations) to deliver mission-critical solutions. Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
• Requirements Derivation &; Management: Translate high-level mission objectives into actionable system/sub-system requirements. Maintain traceability and manage changes across the product lifecycle.

• Design digital still and animated graphics for our website and social media channels.
• Collaborate with PR and Communications teams to develop compelling press graphics.

• Reaching out to assigned existing and new customer contacts within the space sector, building strong long-term relationships. This includes remote contact and local in-person interaction at various trade shows and other industry events. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Engineering, Program Management and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
