SD Analytics is a cloud-based Analytics-as-a-Service platform that combines clinical, financial, and people/place data to generate assessments of Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) at a person and community level. SD Analytics uses state-of-the-art data fusion and analytics techniques including artificial intelligence and machine learning to identify areas of community vulnerabilities and risks and predict how investments in communities will lead to better health.
