Soapbox is a mobile platform for short videos made by beauty and fashion YouTubers. Users can watch videos, see which products were used, and then save these into a 'Wishlist' for later or directly shop them through the app, for the cheapest price.
As some context, 50% of online beauty shoppers and 33% of online apparel shoppers watch a YouTube video to decide on which products to buy online - but they go somewhere else to buy it. At Soapbox, we aim to connect the inspiration to buy with the transaction in one unified platform. We take a share of the affiliate revenue from purchases and split this between Soapbox and the content creator.
