Culture overview
We're a pretty diverse bunch, however we do tend to hire folk who are friendly and don't take themselves too seriously. We checkin every morning with "hello ?" on slack, do a weekly all-hands on hangouts, and do a monthly townhall where we present what we've worked on and/or ask leadership questions. Fun-wise we play remote games like Secret Hitler or Among Us (great for team building ?) on Fridays. We've broken up our random channel into shared interests like #cooking #hiking #gaming and you're welcome to add any other shared interests you have with other team members.
Work from anywhere
Generally work from anywhere. Some roles may require at least 4 hour overlap with your team lead.
Annual off-site
We did our first team offsite in Lisbon in 2019. Covid had other plans for our 2020 meetup, but we're optimistic about the next one happening in 2022
