SmartRetry was founded by a team with deep technical and product experience in payments. After working closely with transaction flows and decline data, we saw that a significant share of failed payments could be recovered—but weren’t, due to misaligned incentives and lack of granular optimization. SmartRetry was built to close that gap: a focused solution designed to recover avoidable declines and unlock revenue that would otherwise be lost.
