The intuitive Web-based SmartBot360™ Management Dashboard™ is the control panel of the platform, which allows monitoring and analyzing ongoing sessions, starting new chatbot campaigns, and directly chatting with the customers. The chatbots can be deployed on Facebook Messenger, SMS, Web pages, or other media. There are many platforms to help you build and deploy chatbots, but they do not offer intuitive tools to monitor the chats in real time, handover to a human when needed, transmit secure content, or start targeted campaigns.
