Small Batch Learning is a hospitality-specific Smart Learning Network that was built to remove one of the major barriers to training: cost. Believing professional education is a non-negotiable part of anyone’s job, we have built an online training platform, developed content aimed at different staff experience levels, and made it all available for bars, restaurants and hotels free-of-charge. 

With a lean team, we have successfully launched two stand-alone platforms (one specifically for China), and our community of users includes some of the most successful hospitality groups in China, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia.

With a validated business model, patents, revenue flowing, and a rapidly scaling business, we are currently hiring for several challenging roles in tech, design, SaaS sales
