At our company, we value individuals who are driven by a commitment to excellence and possess an entrepreneurial mindset. Many of our current and former team members bring deep technical expertise, with some having published their own apps or run their own businesses. Our technical team meets once a week for a three-part session that includes status updates, a book club, and demos. Every two weeks, we hold a company-wide meeting that blends ice breakers, key announcements, and team demos. Additionally, each team member has a weekly 1:1 check-in for personalized support and growth. Outside of work, our team members enjoy spending time with family, developing personal apps, advancing their education, or diving into their favorite hobbies.
