Our Mission At Slight, we believe that data work is about more than just data teams Data work is all the conversations between data teams and domain experts about what questions they're trying to answer. It is how people discover, interact with, and learn from data resources. It's about how and why initial requests are made and how they’re prioritized. It is the actions that follow on from these questions - the data exploration, analysis, documentation, and deployment - and the business decisions that result. We’re building a product focused on this full process, on all areas of interaction between data teams and domain experts With Slight, domain experts will be genuine partners in data work and data teams will have a proactive voice in and the tools to impact core data-driven decisions across a company. About Slight Slight is an early-stage company backed by a group of amazing VCs and angel investors. We are fully remote and committed to experimenting with new tools and ways to make remote work and life effective, balanced, and fun! As an early core team member, you'll play an integral role in shaping the culture and character of Slight.
