SkiHub is building a winter sports marketplace that helps visitors discover instructors and rental businesses before reaching the mountain. We aim to unite technical expertise, customer care and respect for mountain communities. As the business develops, our team will cover: 1. Product & Design: product management, user research, UX/UI and accessible booking journeys. 2. Software Engineering: web, mobile, backend, APIs and integrations. 3. Quality & Infrastructure: testing, cybersecurity, reliable releases and platform operations. 4. Data & Matching: analytics, data quality and AI Match evaluation. 5. Trust & Safety: identity and qualification checks, resort eligibility and incident handling. 6. Instructor & Business Success: provider acquisition, onboarding, profiles and availability support. 7. Marketplace & Field Operations: reservation coordination, resort relationships and local operations. 8. Customer Experience: multilingual support, booking assistance and complaint resolution. 9. Sales & Partnerships: ski schools, rental businesses, hotels, brands, sponsors and Growth Partners. 10. Marketing & Community: SEO, social media, content, campaigns and customer retention. 11. Finance & Investor Relations: budgets, accounting, payment reconciliation, fundraising support and reporting. 12. Legal & Compliance: contracts, privacy and market-specific requirements. 13. People & Culture: recruitment, onboarding and team development. 14. International Development: localisation and future country teams. Our immediate priorities are technical delivery, verified provider onboarding and strategic partnerships, starting with Uludağ. We value initiative, clear communication, careful execution and learning directly from instructors, businesses and customers. These are planned functions, not a list of funded vacancies.
