Skanavi Labs (AI Security Engineering LLC) is an AI, risk and software engineering consultancy based in Miami, Florida. We help leadership teams make AI deployments stable, safe and aligned with real business payoff, and we build systems that do work which used to take large teams.

AI engineering and consulting. We take AI projects through the full cycle: problem framing, data, model and pipeline design, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and drift control. We design agentic systems (tools, memory, planning loops) with safety assessment, failure-mode probing, bounded implementation and audit logging, and we plan reinforcement learning work from reward and environment design to constrained deployment with rollback.

AI risk, investigation and audit. When a deployment underperforms, overspends, drifts or produces risky outputs, we trace the cause across inputs, state, pipeline and outputs, and rank findings by business impact with a remediation plan. We add constraint layers that keep AI behaviour consistent, stable, range-bound and verifiable, so every constraint can be audited.

Benchmarking. Bernoulli, our evolving benchmark suite, measures the capability, risk and benefit of AI models for a particular business, the last mile that public leaderboards miss.

Ultrafast AI cyber defence. Our agents watch logs and events 24/7, run on ultrafast inference and specialized security models, reason in parallel and contain attacks automatically: revoking a key, blocking a source or isolating a host as soon as a threat is confirmed. People stay in the loop by SMS or our app.

Legacy systems upgrade and software engineering. Our senior engineers, working with AI tooling they know how to drive, migrate COBOL, mainframe, AS/400, Delphi or FoxPro systems with one or two people instead of a team working for years.
