Lead design and execution of laboratory and pilot-scale experiments for reactions, extractions, distillations, crystallizations, filtrations, and drying operations.
Develop and reconcile scalable mass and energy balances through commercial projection; validate assumptions with plant data.
Supports the management of assigned projects by assisting with scope definition, scheduling, and budget tracking in accordance with contractual and company standards.
Coordinates with internal departments and suppliers to ensure deliverables and responsibilities are clearly communicated and executed.
