• Define and drive the roadmap for SingleStore’s cloud data platform
• Identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, security, and developer experience across the platform

• Build, maintain, and evolve dashboards and reporting for Marketing and SDR/ BDR leadership to track performance, capacity, and attainment against TOFU goals (meetings, SAOs, sourced pipeline)
• Own analytics for the marketing to SDR/ BDR to early pipeline funnel, including volume, velocity, and conversion across all stages from lead to opportunity

• B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Deep understanding of C.S. fundamentals, in particular operating systems, concurrency, multithreading, and server architectures

• Own and execute the India sales strategy, delivering against revenue and bookings targets.
• Build pipeline through strategic prospecting, new logo acquisition, partners, referrals, and account development.

• Engage with both current and prospective clients to understand their technical and business challenges
• Present and demonstrate SingleStore product offering to fortune 50 companies.

• Lead day-to-day engineering operations for data center and infrastructure systems, with accountability for reliability, maintainability, and execution quality.
• Manage and mentor a small systems engineering team while remaining technically engaged in architecture reviews, troubleshooting, and high-priority operational work.

• 4+ years of professional experience, ideally supporting a C-level executive.

• Serve as the main HR contact for India/APAC employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, processes, and programs.
• Support and, where appropriate, lead employee relations matters (coaching managers, handling concerns, facilitating conflict resolution), escalating complex issues as needed.

• Build and evolve backend services that power AI features: agent orchestration, tool execution, retrieval/RAG pipelines, and model serving integrations.

• Working hours: 8:00 AM ET – 6:00 PM ET
• This is a weekend support role with a 4-day workweek, scheduled from Thursday through Sunday.

• Design, build and maintain the platform that powers internal and customer‑facing intelligent services on SingleStore
• Lead complex, cross-functional technical initiatives from conception to deployment, mentoring other engineers along the way

• 10+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related technical disciplines, including 5+ years leading engineering or infrastructure organizations.
• Proven experience designing, operating, and scaling internal engineering platforms and infrastructure services in complex multi-cloud environments.

• Develop and execute territory and account plans to consistently achieve revenue targets within a defined portfolio.
• Lead multiple, concurrent customer sales cycles end to end, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition while managing longer, more complex deal timelines.
