-Huddle with your team to collaborate like you're in-person. Hang out on listen mode, then jump in when something comes up.
-Create virtual hallways and lounges where employees from different teams bump into each other, share info, and build camaraderie.
-Get alerts when it's time for a meeting, when teammates are gathering, or when the colleague you need is around.

The tools for remote work are still in their infancy. Platforms like Slack make messaging easy, but leave us feeling disconnected and distracted. Zoom works for formal meetings, but fails to enable impromptu, informal conversation critical for collaboration and office culture.

Work from home typically means higher communication and coordination costs. It means that employees lose their sense of connection, see their work networks shrink, and can't get quality training from observing their colleagues. We're on a mission to change that.
