Launched on Indiegogo in May 2018 with a $284,000 crowdfunding campaign, S&G became one of the few companies to make $1 million in sales in its first 12 months, and just two years after shipping its first box, the company hit $1 million in sales in a single month.

S&G has won first place at Denver Startup Week 2018, participated in Techstars Boulder 2019, and raised over $2M in capital from amazing (mostly Colorado) investors. S&G places an emphasis on doing good and having fun, especially with sustainably made products and socially responsible business practices. The company is famous for its eucalyptus lyocell bedding, which uses up to 96% less water to make than cotton sheeting, and uses no insecticides or pesticides. S&G also plants a tree for every order – planting tens of thousands trees in the US already – and regularly donates to causes that their community cares about, like the $40,000 in cash and tens of thousands of dollars in bedding that S&G recently contributed to COVID–19 relief in Colorado.
