We're a group of repeat founders and real estate professionals that have deep real estate and tech expertise. We've built and sold previous tech companies and have transacted billions of dollars of real estate throughout our careers. We started SHARE because we've mastered how to achieve financial security through real estate investing (single family rental homes)... after much failure. We want to SHARE our learnings with the rest of the world. We're making financial security accessible to all by way of real estate by making it a low-risk, low-effort process. We offer institutional grade asset management to the average retail investor.

We've recently closed a round of funding and are looking to grow our founding team to help build our vertically integrated asset management platform. Our platform sources > de-risks > sells high-yield rental homes to retail investors at which point we take a long-term management role allowing our investors to invest and collect an income without any operational headaches.
