Customized Dynamic Balancing (CDB) Main Rotor Track and Balance (TR&B) is a unique method to dramatically improve the rotor balancing process and results in a more accurate balancing adjustments, the first time, on the ground, without the needs for reference/test flights. There is an excellent agreement between the CDB predicted vibration levels and actual measured vibration values still meeting the required tolerance limits for vibration level as designated by the OEM in all flight regimes.

(In average, 70% of TR&B process requires 2 to 5 test flights in order to successfully balance the rotors to vibration level acceptable by OEM using systems in the market place today. The remaining 30% are conditions that current systems are not programmed to solve and require many test flights (trial and error), replacement of dynamic components, guesswork and costly maintenance action due to lack of technology.)
