With the overall de-stigmatization of cannabis, and it being on the verge of legalization in the States —
There is a lack of brands and products within the traditional flower accessory market that have potential to capitalize on future state, mass adoption and national normalization of cannabis culture.
For the last 30+ years, products within this space have failed to evolve from its counterculture, taboo and illegal roots — leading to an obvious fragmentation of the market.
Session launched a beta in October 2018. Since launch we have garnered a lot of attention winning 3 design awards for our bong:
- "Gold" in the Dieline Awards for best Recreational Packaging
- "Notable Prize" in the Core77 Industrial Design Awards for Personal Accessory
- "Community Choice Award" from Core77 where we beat out large brands like Warby Parker & Brita.
