• Architect and implement secure, zero trust, defense-in-depth solutions across infrastructure, platform, and application layers for cloud-hosted and DDIL environments;
• Develop and enforce cloud security baselines and automated policy guardrails using IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, AWS Config Rules, Azure Policy);

• Lead day-to-day project execution in accordance with contract requirements
• Manage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and cybersecurity professionals supporting operations and enhancement activities

• Both Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) vulnerability assessments
• Acquisition Penetration Testing (APT) via Adversarial Assessments of DoW systems

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Twelve (12) years of demonstrated experience in systems engineering and cybersecurity, with at least seven (7) of those years focused on security automation, cloud engineering, and architecture.

• Drive the successful execution of enterprise IT and cybersecurity initiatives for DC3.
• Develop, maintain, and align all IT enterprise strategic initiatives, including portfolio/acquisition strategies and roadmaps. Ensure all initiatives are synchronized with the DC3 mission and priorities. Adhere to all relevant cyber frameworks.
