SEMPITE is founder-led and deliberately small. Right now that means one operator with a deep bench of self-built tools — but the operating principles are set, and anyone who joins inherits them: Builders over managers. We run our own infrastructure: self-hosted LLMs, image models, crawlers, and automation pipelines on our own hardware. If a task happens twice, we script it. Most of our nightly work — research briefs, content generation, monitoring — runs while we sleep, so human hours go to judgment, strategy, and client relationships instead of busywork. Craft over volume. We're a boutique by choice. Every client gets the person who scoped their work, not a junior handoff. We'd rather do fewer engagements exceptionally than scale into the generic agency we exist to replace. Evidence over opinion. Everything we recommend to clients, we test on ourselves first — our own site is the lab for AI search visibility, entity SEO, and content automation. Positions change when the data changes. Privacy as a default. Client data stays on infrastructure we control. That's a technical commitment, not a marketing line. Honest stage-setting: we're bootstrapped and early.
