Hands-on is the culture at Seligent, irrespective of your position one should know the tools (programming languages, ability to work on command line) and do your own things. We generally don't create hierarchies so whether senior or junior, once a person commits to doing a task one should be ready to any kind of work to ensure solution success e.g. any tasks from preparing documentation to ensuring complex design / architecture / code / deployments etc.
