I started building Scoutly after seeing how much time agencies lose juggling WhatsApp messages, emails, PDFs, and spreadsheets during castings. Casting should feel structured and controlled — not chaotic. Scoutly gives agencies one workspace to manage briefs, shortlists, holds, client approvals, bookings, and invoice tracking in a way that matches how real casting desks operate. We’re building Scoutly closely with real agencies, refining the workflow around real projects instead of assumptions. The goal is simple: make casting feel like a control room, not a scramble.
