Schuham Builder's Supply is a wholesale distributor, working with commercial grade hardware. Our building contains a factory, where we can fabricate custom steel frames & doors, architectural wood doors and an office area for clerical and sales staff. SBS's primary target market is general contractors, architects, masons, and maintenance department heads. Our material is installed in commercial buildings such as office buildings, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, etc. Our goal is to provide our customers with exceptional customer service and a wide range of architectural hardware. SBS is approved to fire rate doors and frames by Underwriters Laboratory and Warnock Heresy.

We are well known in the City of Chicago for our same day solutions and quick response time. Schuham Builder's is composed of approximately ten multi-cultural backgrounds. We have bilingual salespersons in Spanish, Polish, and Korean.

Our sales personnel are trained and knowledgeable in blueprint reading, building, fire, and handicap codes to meet the City of Chicago and surrounding area's building requirements.
