School for Ninja careers
Within 10 years 25% of all employees will suffer from burn-out complaints. This will cost society billions, because of: employee sick-leave and dropout, loss of productivity and healthcare costs. From a therapeutic perspective play as an intervention is valuable because it diminishes stress complaints.
School for Ninja trains people in playfulness via a serious game. The training will consist of the game including support, with a precautionary trajectory (onboarding and Ninja kickoff session) and an aftercare trajectory (Ninja wisdom session and reporting). A knowledge base and algorithm will make the game contextually relevant for different target groups, such as: people with different syndromes, ages, education levels, preventive or curative. Essential to the School for Ninja innovation is offering players a balance between guidance and empowerment of autonomous choices.
