Product Ownership & Execution Discipline: Execute sprint planning, backlog grooming and refinement, and release cadence in direct partnership with Engineering. Discover and translate customer needs into clear, actionable user stories, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate release readiness.
Develop and Maintain Features: Take ownership of features that align with product goals, contributing to a high-quality codebase across the stack.
Contribute to Sprint Planning and Retrospectives: Participate in planning and retrospectives to help the team meet sprint goals and continuously improve processes.
