Internal IT Operations: Own identity and access, endpoints, Microsoft 365 / Entra, MDM/Intune, patching, device lifecycle, and employee onboarding/offboarding.
Hardware & On-Site IT: Manage company hardware throughout its lifecycle and regularly administer on-site IT services at Schema App’s Guelph office.
Product Ownership & Execution Discipline: Execute sprint planning, backlog grooming and refinement, and release cadence in direct partnership with Engineering. Discover and translate customer needs into clear, actionable user stories, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate release readiness.
