When it comes to interns - we have a full flexible option of doing 5 days of work together before rolling out an offer policy where more than outcome we test the individual on our core values:\ 1. Truthfulness We are building a trust enriched culture at SalesUP and any intern/full time can work at there hours - any number of hours a day if there primary KRs are met. They just have to communicate a 30 mins recurring daily time slot where they would be available to chat - just in case. For full time roles and opportunities we are expecting to hire people who love there craft and are in Top 1% talent in the world when it comes to curiosity and accountability - all the other things can be taken on ground for us :) When it comes to pay we aim to be 10-20% above the best offer than your best offer ;) We are not there yet but well be there soon.
