• Lead the evaluation and incubation of emerging priorities across the Customer & Commercial Product organization.
• Translate loosely defined opportunities into clear customer problems, hypotheses, value propositions, and decision criteria.

• Lead and support division-wide customer service and omnichannel execution to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.
• Promote and reinforce a Service First culture focused on customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and associate engagement.

PURPOSE: Ensures all customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate check out service by passionately implementing the spirit of Legendary Service. Manages and schedules shifts and duties for Checkers, Courtesy Clerks, Office/Bookkeepers, Customer Service Counter and Front End Manager Assistant.

• Guides, trains, corrects, and supports the team on daily activities under the supervision of the Pharmacist in Charge/Group Supervisor.

• Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
• Assist with preparation of intra-facility transfers (i.e. completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores. These are non-technician tasks to support central fill operations.
