• Follow and promote proper Pharmacy, general safety and security procedures and processes of the company.
• Assist with preparation of intra-facility transfers (i.e. completed prescription orders) for delivery to stores. These are non-technician tasks to support central fill operations.

• Provide effective leadership to plant supervisors and operators by providing clear and direct expectations, leading by example, and creating a culture of accountability
• Be able to adapt to a changing environment, generate and implement continuous improvement ideas, and follow-up on action items to ensure timely completion of work

• Travels to assigned stores working with the Department Manager and staff to share merchandising plans for departments to meet sales, gross and labor targets.
• Works with and counsel's department Managers and Store Directors in all aspects of product merchandising and customer service.

• Analyzes and maps current- and future-state processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, standardization, and automation.
• Analyzes operational data and develops metrics and reporting to identify trends, measure performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

 Champions company and division customer service programs to meet and/or exceed the division’s customer satisfaction measurement goals.

 Handles customer relations in a positive manner, including effective resolution of customer complaints.
