RunTitle's mission is to make owning and investing in oil and gas properties and subsurface real estate data-driven and transparent. Founded in 2012, Austin-based RunTitle has been aggregating proprietary title information since inception. It is our goal to provide an accurate and trustworthy data resource for owners and demystify the mineral ownership structure writ large. Small oil and gas asset transactions occur every day, and add up to billions of dollars per year. Through our efforts to collect and understand the data underpinning all oil and gas transactions, we are enabling the creation of a new market for an (amazing) asset class that is currently unavailable to the general public. Our team is constantly iterating, solving problems and working together to build an entirely novel suite of tools that will significantly impact the trillion dollar domestic oil and gas industry.
