We are building a group which delivers capital for deserving enterprises who are typically bringing out exciting new market propositions.
We are constantly building a network of professionally managed sources of capital ("Corporate Finance Contacts" under our FCA regulatory oversight) and a track record of funded enterprises.
Some of these clients we have helped at multiple stages on their funding trajectories, which is satisfying and enjoyable.
Adapting to changes in capital markets, we focus on capital requirements up £50m and sometimes as little as £2m, typically "series A". We scope debt (increasingly) and secondary share transactions as well as private primary equity.
Although we are based in London, UK, members of the team are located in Amsterdam and Cayman, so we are always ready for ideas which help to bring team cohesion across time zones and to bring value to clients and investors with a transnational outlook.
