We pride ourselves in having a smooth and seamless user experience that allows for easy browsing and purchasing of products. We also try to provide the best customer service possible, which is what makes our product special. With most online boutiques, it's easy to feel like you're buying from a computer and not from real people. At Rock N Rags, we have an easy-to-reach support email as well as a phone number that you can call to speak to a real person to receive real help at any time during store hours. We are constantly looking to upgrade and improve our product. In addition to our software and brick and mortar store, we have a very well established social media presence. Between our 70k+ Instagram followers and 135k+ TikTok followers, we are frequently featured on the discover pages of girls and women everywhere looking for fashion inspiration. We also have a worldwide network of influencers who love our brand and help us spread the message wide and far. Our online store has only been around for about 6 months, and we already ship to all 50 states and 30+ countries on 6 continents.
